Submit a request to permanently delete your Dentvio account and associated personal data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Profile & Credentials: Your email address, profile metadata, clinical specialties, and followed topics are permanently deleted.
- Smart Library & Notes: All saved research items, webinars, product references, and custom clinical folders are permanently purged.
- Notification Tokens: Device identifiers and push delivery tokens are unregistered.
- Google Play Subscriptions: Deleting your Dentvio account does NOT automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Please ensure you cancel any recurring Pro subscriptions in your Google Play Store account settings.
- Processing Time: Account data deletion is scheduled and executed within 30 days of verified submission.
